The BakerStone Original Series Outdoor Multi-Function Cooking Center does it all! The Gas Grill has four stainless steel burners totalling 44,000 BTUs of cooking power. The enameled cast iron cooking sear foods to lock in juices and flavour. The Secondary firebox consists of two stainless steel burners totalling an additional 25,000 BTU that power the BakerStone Original Series Pizza Oven Box or Heavy Duty Steel Griddle…both included. The BakerStone patented 5-sided stone baking chamber of the Pizza Oven Box utilizes convective, conductive, and radiant heat transfer to quickly and evenly cook a variety of foods. Inside, it can reach temperatures up to 900ºF to bake pizzas in under 4 minutes, just like a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. It is not just for pizza either. Be sure to wow the crowd at your next cookout by using the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box to bake bread and cookies, sear off steaks, or serve up an assortment of oven-roasted meat, fish, and vegetables. As well, the Original Series Cooking Center can be converted to a gas griddle by removing the Pizza Oven Box (included) and replacing it with the BakerStone Original Series Steel Griddle (included).
