Seared Pork Chops with Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

4 – 4 oz. Boneless Pork Chops

½ cup - Sliced Mushrooms

1 - Red Pepper, cut into large pieces

1 cup - Baby Potatoes, fully cooked, and cut in half

2 cups - Baby Spinach

1 cup - Baby Arugula

Vegetable Oil

Balsamic Glaze

Salt & Pepper


EQUIPMENT:

Metal Spatula

Metal Tongs

Portable Gas Pizza Oven and Griddle Combo

 

MAKES:

2 Servings

 

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1. Preheat your BakerStone griddle to medium-high heat.

Step 2. Add some oil and place pork chops on the griddle. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 3. Once the pork chops are flipped over, add the mushrooms, red pepper, and potatoes. Add more oil, if necessary.

Step 4. Toss the ingredients around on the griddle until everything is fully cooked.

Step 5. Add the baby spinach and cook until just wilted.

Step 6. Plate your beautiful entrée and garnish with baby arugula & balsamic glaze.

Step 7. Enjoy!
