Everything On A Stick! How to Make Halloween Dinner Easy the BakerStone Way!!!

 

Chef Murray Zehr: The BakerStone Portable Griddle is a great way to put out a fast & tasty meal on Halloween Night while trying to get the kids in their costumes. Not only that, but everything also tastes better on a stick! I use 4 oz. of meat or protein per person.

 

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. each – Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Sausages, Hot Dogs, etc.

3 oz. each – Dipping Sauce (Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard, etc.)

 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper, to taste

 

EQUIPMENT:

BakerStone Portable Griddle

Wooden Spoon

Metal Tongs or Spatula

 

MAKES:

2 Servings

 

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.

Step 2. Place some oil on the griddle and cook everything up all at once! Get creative with your proteins, spice rubs, sauces, etc!

Step 3. Once the proteins and fully cooked, simply place on a platter, have some dips on the side, and let the ghouls and goblins pick away! An EASY Halloween Night dinner!
