Pan-fried Chicken Breast with Fresh Herbs & Grilled Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:

2 – Chicken Breasts, pounded thinly
¼ cup – All-purpose Flour

1 Sprig – Fresh Rosemary

1 Sprig – Fresh Thyme

1 oz – Butter

¼ cup – Chicken Stock

½ pound - Asparagus

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper, to taste

 

EQUIPMENT:

Camp Buddy

Wooden Spoon

Metal Tongs

Frying Pan

 

MAKES:

2 Servings

 

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1. Preheat your frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the oil.

Step 2. Lightly coat the chicken in flour. Add chicken to the pan and season with salt & pepper.

Step 3. Once the chicken is browned on one side, flip the chicken over and add the fresh herbs.

Step 4. When the chicken is fully cooked, add the stock and butter and reduce.

Step 5. Preheat your Camp Buddy grill to high heat. Toss asparagus in oil, salt & pepper.

Step 6: Grill the asparagus and enjoy!
